Application

The ProBalance Smart 4-in-1 combined hydraulic separator incorporates four main functions for hydronic systems: hydraulic separation, air separation, sludge separation and capture of ferrous particles.
The unique geometry and design of the separator makes it possible to make the primary and secondary circuits independent without interfering with the regulation systems.
A special stainless steel mesh allows the capture of micro-bubbles through the physical phenomenon of coalescence on the primary, while on the secondary the special mesh allows the capture of non-ferrous debris particles up to 5 microns. A powerful magnetic field induced by neodymium magnets facilitates the capture of ferrous impurities such as iron oxide up to microscopic dimensions.

4 in 1 connections: grooved directly with the use of 2 grooved joints, to be welded by welding the connections directly (after having brushed the heads of the connections) or by inserting an iron socket by means of a grooved joint, flanged with the use of a flange adapter according to EN-1092-1, threaded with the use of an iron socket by means of a grooved joint
